Brother Brett Pearlmutter '09 graduated from Penn with a Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) degree, as well as a degree in Hispanic Studies. While at Penn Brett served as the president of his class, where he began to fortify his sense of civic duty. After graduating from Penn, Brett went on to work for Suze Orman Media Inc. as a Consumer Research Analyst, Draft Manuscript Editor from 2004-2006. In the summer of 2007, Brett worked at Prudential-Bache Securities as an Analyst. He then worked at McKinsey and Company for three months in the summer of 2008 as a SBA, two years later he became a Consultant at McKinsey and Company, where he worked for two years. Since then Brett has founded and continues to lead Google's Strategy and Operations in Cuba. In this role, Brett has brought high-speed internet to the country, along with Google Chrome, Google Play, Google Analytics, and Google Toolbar. Before that he led special projects for Google Ideas, Google's technology incubator. 

In 2016, Brother Pearlmutter was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 List.

Brett will be speaking at the 2020 Haiti Tech Summit alongside other well-known entrepreneurs, investors, celebrities, and creators, including Jack Dorsey one of the Cofounders of Twitter.
